Fast Results

Everyone always seems to require fast results. Such results are usually poor quality and never stay very long. Like the weekend warrior acquiring a new skill in sport. Not particularly good at anything, but feels good. Nothing wrong in that as long as it is understood for what it is. Or losing weight by crash dieting - this always fails. Without exception. It’s also very dangerous.
