A380 (Double Decker) Airbus

Original posting, April 2005

So, the new super big A380 Airbus jet has had it's maiden flight. Not a word about the effect of terrorism on such a craft. Perfect target: one plane and up to nearly 900 people. In the climate of alleged terrorism in the skies, it seems very odd that such a plane could seriously be considered commercially. And all the time between test flights and commercial operation to plan an outrage.

Makes me wonder about the reality of terrorism and who is really behind it.
