Making Crime Obsolete

How long will it be before an unconvicted murderer (before the trial is concluded) asserts a contravention of Human Rights as simply being accused (of murder) is such a violation. The paradox: when convicted such a violation cannot occur. Conviction is impossible as an accusation can never be made. This makes accusation with respect to any crime against people such a violation.

Technically, crime is obsolete
