Inherit A Mortgage

As property prices (not value) continue to escalate, a new method of making this burden 'affordable' is not to increase the term in one lifetime... ...transfer the burden as an inheritance. Even add a new tax like VAT: VALUE added tax (get the spin?). Inheritance tax could still be levied WITH VAT. The term can then be 100 or more years. The interest is then seen to be the real reason to pursue a mortgage. Adds a little honesty to this crappy situation.

• Not only will you need an identity (smart) card to exist, you will also require a mortgage to live anywhere on planet Earth.

You will attract a tax that is imposed the moment you are born with interest starting at 1 day old and then added daily forevermore to be paid before you are allowed to die. The indoctrination begins very early on in the same way as religion. A conditioned acceptance since the earliest memories and before. Methods to extend life are being sought all the time. Now you can see why. Nobody could really give a damn about whether you live or die. Increase the population by making death illegal until you pay your taxes or at least have a beneficiary to inherit your debts. They want all your money and estates though.


But wait for it...

a suicide tax

This will also be imposed so if you even attempt suicide (or you are successful) your family wil be forced to pay up. They will inherit your suicide tax liability with interest from the date of your death. Actually, for you to appropriate rights to your own property and estate will not be automatic. You see, it isn't yours. All you can inherit is the debt. The tax imposition on top of the debt. You could be born, live and die without seeing any trace of what is morally and legally yours. But by today's standards. Whatever they are. A very personal concept. Yet, you are required (!!!) to think in a certain way.

The act of being born automatically confers all rights to the State. To go in concert with this there will be a special benefit for having sex. And if conception happens your benefit goes up. And if the pregnancy results in a successful birth it goes up even more. You will then be 'given' a house that has been confiscated from a source that has died. The ownership documentation will be 'lost' and any probate ownership 'changed' as is quite normal and acceptable today.
