Protecting A Nation

It must surely have been noticed that the countless $£millions and $£billions that have been spent in the 'fight on terrorism', is easily found, yet healthcare for citizens of the warring nation (defending the safety of those citizens by creating insecurity and instability) is not.

What might 'influential' politicians do if it were not for insecurity and instability?

It is the lifeblood of these people. To defend the people by creating a society that needs defending.
