US Attack On Arab TV Station

A civil servant accused of leaking a memo reportedly about a possible bombing of an Arab TV station by the US has been charged with a second offence. Fascinating. Think of: create the problem and then provide the solution. Think of USA->Afghanistan->Iraq (Europe). Had anyone heard of Osama Bin Laden or Al Qaeda before 9/11/2001? Seems rather like a folklore figure or something. Did Robin Hood ever exist? I am only asking.
