Expectation Of A Speed Merchant

Having the right of way on a road seems to equate to irresponsibility in the mindset of some. It is the expectation that those who don't have this right of passage, trying to join this road, will be careful and see the mindless idiot speeding carelessly along.

A moron will always be a moron (and potentially a deadly one - DA).
