What Is The Total?

Considering all the allegations regarding self-benefiting from government contracts [USA though UQ (aka UK) Ltd figures as well and many other nations - no proof, of course hence allegedly], how many $/£bn is the total yield over the years?

And how few the alleged 'cow-milkers' number.
